FRC NADRA documents required in 2023

In this article, I have provided detailed information on what documents are required for FRC NADRA in both the cases (1) Online (2) By personally visiting NADRA office. Not only documents but other FRC requirements have also been discussed here.

The required documents for FRC NADRA are not in huge quantity.  Just few documents detailed below are needed for applying for an FRC.

The documents requirement for issuance of FRC may vary depending on case to case like which route you have chosen to apply; online or visiting NADRA Office  personally.  

Besides, another factor which may change the documents requirements for FRC are that is there any minor(s) in your family and do they hold Form-B?  

Here, I have provided different scenarios and documents requirement according to each scenario.

 

Scenario No.1

            

Applying route: By personally visiting NADRA Office  

Applying Category: FRC with parents and siblings

Situation:  All family members are major (18 years old or above) are Card Holder. No one from family is minor.

 

Document  Required:  CNICs of all  family members (brothers, sisters and parents)

 (In this scenario, preferably any two family members should go to NADRA office)

 

Scenario No.2

 

Applying route: By personally visiting NADRA Office  

Applying Category: FRC with parents and siblings

Situation: Some of the family members are minors.

                                                                     

Document  Required:

1.   CNICs of family members holding CNICs (brothers, sisters and parents)

2.   Form-B (for minors)

 

(In this scenario, family member of 18 years old or above being applicant along with all the minors should go to NADRA office)

 

Scenario No.3

 

Applying route: Online

Applying Category: FRC with parents and siblings

Situation: All family members are major (18 years old or above) and are Card Holder. No minor is in family.

 

Documents Required:

1.   Photograph of main Applicant.

2.   Just ID Card numbers/ CNC numbers of all family members (brothers, sisters and parents)

3.   Data Acquisition Form /Finger Print Acquisition Form. (This Form can be download during process of FRC application)

Applying route: Online

Applying Category: FRC with parents and siblings

Situation: Some family members are minors.

 

Document  Required:

1.   Photograph of main Applicant.

2.  Photographs of all minors. (all the photographs should meet the requirement of NADRA, otherwise uploading problem may have to face) 

3.   ID Card numbers/ CNC numbers of all family members including minors.

4.   Data Acquisition Form /Finger Print Acquisition Form. (This Form can be download during process of FRC application)

What are Nadra FRC form requirements?

In addition to documents requirement as explained before, presence of applicant and minors is also the requirement if applied in person by visiting NADRA office.

Are photographs of minors are mandatory requirement for online FRC?

Yes, during online FRC application, photographs of all the minors are necessarily required to be uploaded, for which NADRA system provides the name of each minor with the option to upload his/her photograph.

Why minors are required to be accompanied with applicant when applying for FRC by visiting NADRA office personally?

It is the requirement of NADRA. NADRA staff takes the photographs of minors in NADRA office.

If during online application, uploaded photographs of minors or main applicant to FRC do not fulfill the requirement NADRA, will it cause rejection?

If you have provided the photographs of any member which do not meet the NADRA requirement, it may cause delay or even refusal of your online FRC application.

Why documents requirement for FRC change?

The documents requirement for FRC change for the reason that for minors in a family, their photographs are taken in NADRA if applied there and their photographs are uploaded if applied online.

If NADRA representative finds any document required for FRC is missing, what they will do?

In such case, NADRA representative may send the applicant an email on their registered email address, requiring the applicant to provide that particular document.
