CRC NADRA Explained |
In
this article, I have tried to explain about what CRC NADRA is, the meaning of CRC, its other names and the uses of CRC."
CRC Stands for Child Registration Certificate, a product of NADRA. CRC is a document containing details of
all the children of a family who are under the age of 18 years. These
details include the name of each child, father name, mother name, date of birth, place of birth, disability of
child including unique Identity number.
Each child is
allotted a Unique Identity Number. This Identity number never changes.
Even, as soon as the child attains the age of majority, and applies for
issuance of CNIC, the CNIC is issued with same identity number as mentioned in CRC.
The other
name of CRC is "Form-B" and
some time it may be termed as "B-Form". In urdu, people call it as
"Bay Form" or "Form Bay".
For obtaining
CRC, parents of child or children
whatever the case may be, are required to visit the NADRA office in person as currently
there is no facility by NADRA for issuance of CRC online.
Be noted, If
there are more than one child whose ages are below 18 years, all of the
children are incorporated in one CRC.
