Format of Affidavit for Character Certificate in English and Urdu  

Earlier, in Punjab, for issuance of character certificate, an Affidavit for Character Certificate was demanded by E-Khidmat Centre/ Police from the applicant but this requirement has been removed and character certificates are being issued with demanding Affidavit. There might be some places where Affidavit is still demanded by the concerned department/police/E-Khidmat Markaz.

 

In affidavit name, father name, address of applicant. Besides, certain clauses like applicant is not involved in any criminal activity, no FIR is lodged against applicant etc.  

 

If an FIR is already lodged against an applicant of character certificate at the time he has applied, though he will be definitely issued character certificate but reference of this FIR will be mentioned on character certificate.

منکہ مسمی ریحان قریشی بٹ ولد ضمیر قریشی ملک ساکن مکان نمبر77-BCA، لالہ زار کالونی، راولپنڈی کا رہائشی ہوں اور حلفاً بیان کرتا ہوں

۱۔    یہ کہ من مظہر سابقہ ریکارڈ یافتہ نہ ہے۔

۲۔    یہ کہ من مظہر کی کسی انتہا پسند، کالعدم تنظیم سے وابستگی نہ ہے اور نہ ہی کسی غیر قانونی سرگرمی یا فرقہ واریت کا حصہ ہوں۔

۳۔    یہ کہ من محلف کے خلاف پاکستان کے کسی بھی تھانہ میں کوئی مقدمہ درج رجسٹرڈ نہ ہوا ہے  اور نہ ہی من محلف کسی بھی عدالت سے سزا یافتہ ہوں۔

۴۔    یہ کہ من محلف کو بیرون ملک قطر کیلئے پولیس کیریکٹر سرٹیفکیٹ کی ضرورت ہے۔

 

بیان حلفی مندرجہ بالا من مظہر  کے علم ویقین کے مطابق درست وصحیح ہے اور اس میں کسی قسم کا کوئی امر مخفی یا پوشیدہ نہ رکھا گیاہے۔ المرقوم

I, Raja Faheem Ahmed Khan son of Jibran Ahmed Khaiq resident of House No. CBC-1393, St No.668, Alam Shaheed Road, Chaklala Rawalpindi, Pakistan, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

 

1.    That deponent is permanent resident of at above said address.

2.    That the deponent is respectable and law abiding citizen of Pakistan. 

3.    That the deponent is not involved in any criminal case or litigation nor committed any offence.

4.    That the deponent is neither convicted from any court of law.

 

That he above said contents is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed there from.
