Step 1: Application Initiation and Details

Applicant and Deceased details have been completed.

Step 2: Legal Heirs and Assets Details

Process completed.

The total value of the given assets is greater than PKR. 100,000/-

Step 3 : Verification / Consent by Legal

Process not completed (verification / legal heirs is required)

Step 4: Advertisement in Newspaper

Advertisement in 2 X newspapers will be given by NADRA

Step 5: Printing and delivery of certificate

In case of no objection or claim received within 14 working days after advertisement, certificate will be printed and delivered.

Note: Succession Certificate will only be issued once all legal formalities under Letter of Administration & Succession Certificate Act 2021 are fulfilled.

An application processing fee of Rs. 5000/- or Rs. 15,000/- (whichever applicable) will be charged in case of decline at any stage due to any factual controversy as per section 9 of Succession Certificate Act VI of 2021 and sub subsequent schedule IV (rule __)
